Review on 🏔️ Top-Performing Dayco HPX5017 Snowmobile Belt: Enhanced Durability for Unmatched Power by Theodore Huynh

This HPX5017 belt simply will not work on a 2004 or 2005 Arctic CatFirecat 600. The belt is about 6-7mm high at the secondary clutch but should be +- 1mm. The inner part of the belt is stretched over the primary clutch shaft. I have the original clutches and they work fine. The 1.37" top width on the belt is correct. The belt flexes too much and therefore the prime mover does not engage smoothly as the RPM increases. Bought 2 Dayco belts and the fit is the same. .This belt is very stiff compared to the OEM Cat 031 belt and the Gates belt which can make the problem worse I went back to the Gates 38X4740 belt and it fits and works great.
