Flexible tool that is very easy to learn and use!
The ability for users who are not technical experts in Enterprise Architecture (EA) or software development, such as business analysts/project managers etc., can use it without having extensive training - this makes life easier when dealing wtih large organisations that have very strict security policies regarding their systems! It's also great if you're working within an organisation where there isn't much experience using EA products like ours; we've been able fit into our customers' workflows really easily because they already know how things should be done so don’t require too many customisations at all which has made them happy about us being part of thier processes rather than against those same processes!! We haven't found anything particularly negative either but I guess some people may find certain aspects difficult / confusing?
- And its easy enough even my team manager was making simple ones up himself ! :) Everything works seamlessly though once created and approved by senior management.and best thing yet..our CIO
