Didn't work right away
I keep the phone on hold because this product didn't start even out of the box. I own an IT business so I decided to try this system to see if it was a good deal and found that it wasn't. If you buy this product, be prepared to hold it in your hands forever just to get a cure for the product you just received. I suggest that the company exchange faulty items straight out of the box, no questions asked. (Update) Revain was kind enough to offer me to collect the item, but I'm still wasting a lot of time on this item.
