CalmNeeds helps me manage my anxiety and I sleep better.
I originally bought SpectrumNeeds and CalmNeeds on the recommendation of my doctor. After using these products for a few weeks, I noticed a change. This CalmNeeds product in particular does what it says on the tin... it CAUSES my anxiety and helps me relax. Several nights this month I tossed and turned in bed thinking about everything that was going on in my life. I took CalmNeeds and it helped me relax and fall asleep. It took about 30 minutes but it WORKS! Great product for my anxiety.
