
The ease of setting up templates which can be customized to suit your requirements was one area I liked most about this product- it is very user friendly! There are times when you may feel like there could have been better ways or more options available with regard to formatting data etc., but that's just software - don't let any negative points get in way of using something new if they make sense from an ROI perspective (returns versus costs).
