This skirt is amazing! I ordered it with the intention to use it as a petticoat for the dress pictured. It’s a little to long and will need hemming but it works perfectly as a high low petticoat as you can see in my second photo of the dress pictured with and without it. If you’re looking for a high low petticoat this will work! It also functions alone as a skirt sense it has a solid poly silk lining under the tulle. The tulle itself is pin-tucked to give extra volume and comes like that as show in the display photos. I’m very glad I took a chance on this as it saved me about 30 hours of work to make this exact thing myself. I bought the XL and have a 34 inch waist and 44 inch hips. It fit very comfortably.
