As with everything we buy in China, you get what you pay for. These things are not waterproof, maybe waterproof, don't let your dog get wet. I bought another SlopHill brand collar which died after about 2 months. The seller makes no guarantees, but as you would expect from cheap chinese junk, use it until it breaks, throw it away and hope for the best. I like the voice control feature of this device and it works well so far. You can't seem to create separate layers for shock and vibration, but the instructions really suck. When I change the fourth level beats it goes to the same vibration level and vice versa. Advertising offers separate level settings so to speak, I don't know, maybe I'm doing it wrong. My dog responds well to vibration and voice commands in the collar. For the price I'm about to use I love that you can lock the remote because I have grandkids although they could probably figure it out. I like the big vibration button. Overall I would say ok for the price. Depending on your personal preferences, you may consider spending more for something higher end, or if you're happy with cheaper and basic functionality, I'd go for it.
