I love shopping online, so I was eager to try AndreAngel for my most recent fashion requirements. But I had a really disappointing experience with this online shop. Although they have a large range of dresses and jewelry, the quality of these items was at best mediocre. The stitching was uneven and frayed in some spots, and the fabrics and materials were of low quality and poor construction. To make matters worse, AndreAngel's customer service was subpar. Representatives were unhelpful in addressing problems with orders and were sluggish to answer to questions. Additionally, shipping took longer than I had anticipated, so I was without my purchases for weeks on end. Overall, I am unable to suggest AndreAngel to other customers looking for high-end clothing. Simply put, the goods and services fall short of the standards demanded in the cutthroat online market of today.
