I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX, 4 cylinder. The "Check Engine" light came on and the dealer said it was a code P0141. I've read a number of reviews and forums and found it to be a catalytic converter mounted O2 sensor. Now I know I could diagnose it myself with a $35 OBD scanner at Harbor Freight or any auto parts store. A review said that Denso is Honda's subcontractor or supplier for later models like this. I ordered the part, watched some youtube videos and installed the part myself. It worked. The only issues I had were that it was easier to remove the whole seat than trying to get to it, and there was a lot of rust under the car living in the Northeast; This made it difficult to remove the heat shield and defective O2 sensor. After installing the part and disconnecting the battery for a while and then reconnecting it, the error code did not go away.
