This tool looks well built with a swivel head. Frustration comes from the intended function and tool not working properly. If you're using cheap, flimsy rivets, ship them with the tool; it stretches well but does not release the headpin once it snaps into place. The pin cannot be detached without disassembling the head, resulting in the spring popping out with a few small parts and no assembly instructions. By figuring things out and fixing things, it happens again. A tool cheap enough to hack around and kick yourself because you're wasting money.
