Not suitable for slots. Durable construction.
Looks like a solid construction. Spring is hardy and not loose. UPDATE: When installed and compared to other E-Track accessories, they are too big to fit in the slot. The spring-loaded lever is too high, does not fit in the slot, and will not engage by itself. I had to sand the surface of them to make them snap, which is tricky as the lever is sandwiched between two clamps. smaller tool (grinding wheel doesn't work, is too big), buy something else.
