I bought this product about a month ago, and although the product has seemed to work really well, the blue one I had ripped in half after 1 week of use. The black one is still going strong though, so maybe that particular one was defective somehow?Other than that, the only complaint I would have, and its minor, is that is does like to "ride up" the back of my head and I have to pull it back down occasionally. That, and the ears like to flip up. Not sure if this is common or not, as this is my first ever purchase of swim caps, from any brand. So, it could just be my head. It does seem to keep water out though, at least enough to not have your hair doused in chlorine all swim (I have long hair.) I have learned though, too always wet my hair in shower first, so, my hair is always wet going into it (the cap.) So I cannot accurately attest to if the cap would keep your hair dry or not.Overall, A seemingly 5 star product, except for the fact that one ripped in half. SO, 3 stars it is!EDIT: After writing this review, a representative of the company contacted my be email within 2 days, offering to replace the ripped swimcap with a new set. They immediately sent the new set, and it arrived two days later. Unfortunately, Best Buy packaged the wrong product, and sent me something else entirely. I contacted the company again, and they said it was Best Buy's fault, which it was. However, instead of making me go through Best Buy to correct the issue, they just shipped another set immediately, and the new set again arrived in two days. This time, the caps were there! I am so excited to have the new caps. The customer service from this company cannot be beat, and I consider myself a proud customer of theirs. I have updated my rating to 5 stars, because of their customer service, and because one of the original caps is still holding strong.
