Sometimes it gets too hot, sometimes not hot enough. I bought it to warm up quick morning snacks but there is literally no way to set the time. Your options include a1, which is 2:20 seconds, a2, which is about 3 minutes, etc., and an auto press of 30 seconds and 1 minute at 100 power that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. However, I won't be returning because it's small, red, and quite cute. For the price, it's better to buy a microwave from a local seller because it's a headache.
