Review on Farberware Bamboo Cutting Board 14X20 Inch by Scott Walsh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good size, easy care, good shape, beautiful

When my daughters were diagnosed with celiac disease we had to throw out all the dishes. That is hard . . . You don't realize how much you love your "stuff" until you have to give it away and try to replace it. The instruments I love are no longer made or have been refurbished. I have tried different cutting boards but this is by far my favourite. It's quite heavy, but not so heavy that it's uncomfortable to use. It stores easily in my closet and holds up well even when washed. Note. . . Treat this with some oil and make sure you don't soak it in water (it's a hand wash) and you will be very happy with this board. It's not easy to cut (even teenagers who are sure bread isn't cut until it screams). I bought a fairly expensive board from another company and this board is just as good. Made in China.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not bad
