I like Beterrack because it has very good customer support service which we use for our system maintenance business operations needs (such as tracking clients activities/tasks etc.).
Their response time from tickets are excellent too! Sometimes there could be some slowdowns with their loading times especially when you're trying do multiple tasks at once but overall they've been great about keeping us up-to date so far!! Nothing really dislikes yet just waiting patiently until more bugs can get fixed or features added upon :) Great product if used correctly - makes things much easier than manually doing all these steps ourselves ;) We don't have any major problems right now though since everything was done properly after installation such as importing existing data files into each client portal page where needed before implementation; using custom fields whenever possible instead off hardcoded values within text boxes otherwise would require manual updates everytime something changed hence not feasible :).
