A good but not ideal tool for measuring and marking
Tripod does not have firm latches like a standard tripod. Doesn't work well on hard surfaces like concrete or wood as the wedges need to "dig" into the ground to stabilize. The pole connector works well, but use on hard surfaces makes this stand of limited use for holding the ground pole in a vertical horizontal position.
