When I opened the box, I thought it was a return or a repair. The static bag was not sealed with tape. There was some sticky residue on the bottom of the motherboard, looks like someone removed the sticker. It also smelled like burnt electronics. All very bad omens. But I quickly put together a new box (new mobile phone, processor, RAM, etc.). He ran like a champion. I installed 2012R2 there and connected many hard drives. No problem. Nice little server board.
