Review on 🌲 Sustainable Acacia Wood Cutting Board with Juice Groove and Sorting Compartment - Sonder Los Angeles (16x12x1.5 in) - Gift Box Included by Alberto Brewster

I purchased this attractive cutting board on 16th October 2018 and was impressed with the product, design and packaging. I only used the cutting board once and then washed it very gently according to the product instructions. Today, November 8th, 2018, about 3 weeks after receipt, I noticed a very unsightly crack (picture attached) that had developed between two boards. Also, I see that the price is now $10 less than when I bought it 3 weeks ago. Otherwise it's well balanced, well designed and should be very useful. I expect and hope that this is a one time problem and that the company that makes this product will agree with me. If so, I'll be happy to update my review to reflect that. ***** 9/11/2018 12:21pm EDL Less than 24 hours after posting my review, the company has already contacted me regarding a replacement. Very nice and very professional. Tiffany couldn't have made this process easier.
