The product is okay, it's not a waste of money!

overall - a letdown (for the price), and I still haven't found a weekly-use chair that I like. The chair is ideal for a "business" position, but at home, RS sufferers will need to stoop lower in the chair or prop up their heads on a cushion. noteworthy: I didn't notice the severity of the issue right away You can use it, but it's a pity to have so many limitations for $20,000. I don't see the value in seeking to obtain a refund in other respects, either. It was more comfy on the IKEA furniture that Markus spent $7000 on many years ago. not for very long

Pros
  • - the height adjustability and lengthenability of the handles - the supple rubber upholstery Adjustable lumbar support (in height and length) Height and tilt adjustments for the headrest A plastic (not icy) base, silent wheels, and a big, bump-free metal base stand out as desirable features. plus/minus - mesh, but not too dense to cause discomfort. While the skin is "pressed" and a mesh is left behind after going pantless and shirtless for a whole day, there is a wide range of motion in the four available back tilt positions. not enough in the actual workspace, but nice touches like a lowered headrest (my 5'9.5" frame has a maximum of straightening to around 3 or 4 vertebrae) make up for it. — Rattle-filled turn knobs. I see this as a major drawback. but there's no reason to take everything apart and fix it, in my opinion
Cons
  • The harness has rigid ribs on all sides. Because of the chair's extremely sharp front edge and the resulting numbness in the user's leg, it is NOT COMFORTABLE to sit on. or they should be left on the ground permanently and never picked up. substitute an ottoman for the standard set of legs, Furthermore, the rigidity is more apparent if you recline the backrest by even one division and press your whole back against it while sitting, but the headrest gets in the way. The harsh edge causes leg swelling if you sit without pressing on the backrest and stretch your legs. Also, there are only two seating positions; the rest are for lounging, and the chair is very flat and has sharp edges, so sitting incorrectly (on the leg, for instance) is painful.

Pros: The chair feels reliable, steel frame, many adjustments Its cons: the price and I would like the armrests to be higher
