Review on The Laundress All-Purpose Cleaning Concentrate No. 247 - Mop and Scrub your Home with Ease, Removes Dirt and Stains, Safe for Family, Food, and Pets, 16 fl oz by Alvin Peoples

Ordered on a whim a while ago. I don't remember exactly why I bought it, but after trying it today I'm so glad I did! . (Maybe I'd use a little less next time. It's very concentrated and there's only a little bit of it!) N.247 smells divine. It's a beautiful, natural feminine scent, but not one to dwell on. frou frou "manly" men in your life. (Not that a man could use descriptions like "frou frou" but that was the only description I could think of! LOL) Still, it's a welcome difference from the strongest chemically (artificially) scented detergents. On the washerwoman's website, they describe N.247 as "a fresh scent that combines eucalyptus with hints of pine and hints of rose, lily of the valley, bergamot and thyme. You can also catch hints of musk and lavender." this is in my kitchen and my sink and countertops look (and smell) great! Luckily it didn't leave a sticky residue to wash/wipe off (my huge corns from brushing). It easily cleaned the dirt in my microwave, and surprisingly, I was even able to wipe the chalk off the fridge door with a rag and a very small amount of grease.(My fridge is textured and the pencil went deeper in some places.) I didn't have to break out the magic eraser once. Needless to say, I was blown away. I will definitely be adding this to my monthly "Subscribe and Save" supplies!
