I'm trying to figure out how to connect it and it works

I took it out of the box and tried to connect our Smart TV and PS4. Tried it for over an hour then called support, never got close to getting it to work. So I ticked everything off. Put the product back in the box, it came and is still under the TV stand. The difficulty is very hard. I wouldn't recommend it but I have an unused one I'd like to sell
