The product arrived on time and in good condition. We have had several bike racks over the years. All of them are of the type that hang the bike on the crossbar. We only have two to carry a male frame and a female frame. Women's bikes have always been a problem because of the extra crossbar to hang or tilt. No longer. We LOVE this shelf. Set up in 15 minutes without tools. It fits our 2" receiver perfectly and is quite stable. But when I used the clip they provided it was solid. The bikes load easily in under 5 minutes and are very secure. We ride smoothly over the Autobahn. Brilliant. Look at the prices of popular brands and you will see that this is a great price. And my quality is very good. I highly recommend this product.
