The most important thing I like about handy patients it's that you have everything under one roof i don't need 2 different apps for billing insurance payments etc..also having my appointments saved so easily helps when there are multiple clinicians involved as well! No comment yet regarding anything not being clear enough/easy accessibilty- more training perhaps? Our staff loves how easy they find using their app but sometimes we may forget which appointment was what day if its something minor because things get mixed up (for example).
