I liked the 5/16 hex screw heads on the screws, they placed the skid plate right where it should be, although they should have made it with a slightly larger diameter head. Assemble by removing the two center screws on either side, then inserting new screws, screwing them all the way in, removing all four corner screws, and then loosening the center screws a little over an inch one at a time to release the outer bushings and the one to be installed Bolt, then remove the two center bolts, then put them back in place with the socket, then tighten all the bolts with a 5/16" hex socket, hope this helps. They all worked great!
