The bag is in good condition - was bought back in September and it is now February. We relied heavily on it for training in various conditions and for walks, but now I can't use it because the inner layer is so badly torn and worn that it's unusable. I would like to contact the seller but could not. I can't find a way. It's obviously good for what you pay and I would recommend it, but always be careful, the inner lining is fragile and can tear very easily. I could have ordered a second one but with a 1 year guarantee and the inability to contact the seller I am very disappointed - although this could also be due to the user not being able to figure out how to contact you!
