Review on OwlNest by Buddy Colbert

The system works well for us! It makes it easy managing our properties online as we don't have time or staff in place who could do this manually (we currently employ 10 people). We've been given very detailed information about what has happened each day throughout an entire month - including all calls/calls from guests etc., which helps immensely when deciding whether something needs redoing immediately. There's not much I dislike at present; everything seems straightforward enough if you know how things work behindthe scenes but having had someone else set themup initially might help avoid some confusion later down stream!! This software allows me more control by being able to check my reservations remotely rather than relying onlyon guest feedbacks received via phone line / emails sent outetc..
