Don't buy short drill bits
You really do get what you pay for: The drill bit is poorly finished, with rough tool marks including a 30 grit. The cutting tip needs to be honed before use. The drill does not appear to be high speed steel, it is softer than high speed steel and uncoated. Don't buy that, spend another 2-3 bucks and get a decent power drill.
