Review on Set of 4 Black and Blue Silicone Wine Bottle Stoppers by Outset: Keep Your Wine Fresh by Luke Hodes

We have the neighbors gather in the driveway each week and everyone brings a drink to share. My neighbor has something similar to this bottle cap, which is what prompted me to buy it. The difference between ours is that the neighbor's version sits flush with the rim of the bottle, while the latter doesn't seem to go all the way. Maybe I'm not pressing hard enough. One evening there must have been pressure from the bottle, which was being heated in the sun, and the bottle cap itself was ripped several feet into the air from the bottle. Given that, I'm hesitant to put the bottle on its side in the fridge with that stopper on. Otherwise everything is fine as long as the bottle is upright.
