Mahle has the best reputation I've read about online. However, neither filter advertises that they include the all-important crush washer and metric o-ring, which would be extremely handy as a fuel filter change is the best time to upgrade those two, assuming you have a version with them, not with the filter. 2 o-rings - either way it would have been worth it and I'd happily pay the extra money to have them included. Completely satisfied with the quality of this filter, which is said to be made in Austria. I am happy to read the reviews here which confirm this is the best you can get for a great car like mine.
