I used the device twice. The plastic cap at the end of the cone is broken. The metal nozzle had enough play to rub against the metal cone fitted over the metal nozzle, causing a lot of friction and eventually preventing the inner nozzle from rotating any further. I couldn't find any plastic tip to buy, nor any parts for this brand. Purchased parts brand Tornador. I recommend spending the money right away and buying the Tornador brand. Mine has cost me the same now. Update, Tornador parts do not fit this brand. I have returned all items and purchased the Tornador. Wow, don't waste your time on anything other than the famous Tornador brand. Worth every penny in so many ways!
