Baby Approval! This teether is the perfect size for a baby and the perfect thickness for chewing. Silicone is the best material for a teether. This can be washed in the dishwasher. I ran mine through the dishwasher. Easy to clean. It has a place to attach a pacifier clip if you wish. As for the button, I'm not sure if the kid figured it out yet. He only recently discovered his big button toy at the age of 12 months. However, he does like to bite down on a button and then walk around with a penguin against his face. He is laughed at because he loves a child. I can definitely say that it is durable even in the thinner part of the button. The button should also be interesting after baby teething. I recommend this teether.
