Love this. Tell me about easy install. I have to admit that I watched the U-tube video from the trailer a couple of times before I delivered the unit. Be sure to use the 2 washers provided. I almost skimmed them. Wiring was simple and straightforward. I used the passenger door clip instead of the driver's door for my wire connections. The instructions also show the wire colors for this side. What I didn't expect are 2 specific colors for wire one and 2 for wire two in the harness. When I attached the wiring I figured there would only be 2 of them, one of each color. So I just picked one of each and attached the wiring. I got lucky on the first try and didn't have to change the wiring in the locking mechanism. I installed it at the same time as Master Tailgaters Ford 2005-2014 F150 F250 F350 F450 F550 Backup Reversing Handle with Camera (Black). It took me about 4 1/2 hours to make both items. This device alone is I would say 1 to 1 1/2 hours for most people. Make sure they are familiar with the vehicle and have a good tool kit for the job. In fact, the wiring took the most time. I'm more picky when it comes to wiring and it certainly could have been quicker. I didn't have an elevator to work either. This is with constant getting up and lifting off the ground. That took up a lot of the time again. The unit also works perfectly with Ford's wireless keyless entry system. Simply press the 3/4 button after your code and it will open all doors and the back door. I expect this to happen based on the connection point, but thought someone might find more information helpful. Installation is easy for anyone who wants to improve their car's security. I would easily use this again in the future.
