Review on ACCUSPLIT AX850 15-Inch Lane Timer/Pace Clock in Blue: Efficient Tracking Solution for Athletes by Cory Jacobson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great home swim/pace watch for long swimmers.

I love this mine clock. Nice and big, with minute and second hand, allows me to swim easily without stopping. I can count my 100 seconds with the second hand and total swim time with the minute hand (I lose track of length so time is a good throwback!) Freestyle. Before you begin, the minute hand can be manually wound to start at 60. Pressing the start button at the top will start the seconds hand up from where it was (might mean you have to wait if you're diligently starting from zero). . ) It seems to be reasonably weatherproof and I've had it in the rain. I don't leave it there though, I put it in the pool between baths. The body is sturdy and sits lightly on a deck with a retractable panel that is unlikely to be needed but will become more stable on sloping/rough surfaces. I wanted to buy a large digital speedometer but it is quite a bit more expensive, I am happy with this choice.
