I love it, my daughter loves it, at least two people bought it after seeing our hair! It took me 1-2 times to get the curler just right, but now I have long, wavy curls in less than 10 minutes and have never been able to curl my hair with confidence before. Also, I leave them in spiral curls and lightly spritz with hairspray and then gently comb them with my fingers for, say, another 10 minutes and they last all day! And the next day I have light waves that are still very nice. My hair is thick blonde/grey/white and I usually laugh at keeping a curl. My daughter has the same thick blonde hair. For us it's GREAT - buy it and you won't regret it!
