After having difficulty making small bevel cuts, I contacted customer service and was told that they acknowledge they have design issues with small cuts. The screws don't hold. I was told that they are developing a new version. For me to poke holes and try to make it work! Strange! At the same time, all of us who bought this item are stuck with a useless piece of equipment unless you cut at a high angle. Definitely need a better description of the item! Just say it's not meant for small cuts! Everyone else selling usually comes forward and admits they have bugs.
