It was sent back for a replacement. The second had no problems with the mother on the connection. Everything was smooth and perfect. The buggy part of the second one was that it got stuck with an error in a weird boot loop. I gave up and sent it back for a refund. They also have a card saying you can get a longer guarantee if you follow their social media. This is 100% false as the customer service said they only offer a 1 year warranty and they cannot return any explanation regarding the card that came with the device. knows.
