Review on Csols AqcTools by Mike Walters

The software has been very helpful for our organization as it provides us with all of the necessary tools we need at one place without having multiple systems that are not integrated together well or have different functions which makes tracking data difficult.

It would be nice if there was an option where you could create your own dashboards so they can become more customized than what's provided by default but this isn't something I've noticed yet since its only released recently. We were able track problems quickly using the dashboard feature instead of going through emails back-and forth trying to find answers ourselves.
