This is a brutal amp. Weighing in at 93 pounds, lugging it around and hooking it up to an AV system isn't for the faint of heart. The sound is crystal clear, the only thing I can say is that the noise level is slightly higher than my Anthem MRX720 AVR. This isn't a problem, though, as you can only hear the hissing if you put your ear directly to the tweeter's speaker. The sound is great and I now have enough power in the system to handle the heaviest explosion or gunfire in the movie. Seeing John Wick with the amp plugged in was a revelation as the recordings had such dynamics that it felt like being in the theatre. The MRX720 is no fool, but with this amp I have even more power and not have to worry about my cabinets not having enough power to drive them.
