3 stars for value. You will receive 10 cutting discs. I've used them to cut rocks and they worked great. The wheels don't last too long, but what can you expect when cutting stone. I was ready to give it 5 stars when I started cutting. The wheels cut stone very efficiently. However, both mandrels were taken apart before I could use more than 3 wheels. I ended up using a Dremel brand mandrel and continued to use wheels. From that moment everything was fine. For the price you can't beat them, but be careful when tightening the wheels on the shaft, or just use a different shaft.
