Perfect for my needs. I really like the folding handle. Dimensions are perfect for medium sized pizzas. Bake pizza on parchment paper, place on tray, then place parchment paper and pizza on hot pizza stone preheated on grill. After about 7 minutes, carefully remove the parchment paper from under the pizza and continue baking the pizza until done. Use a pizza scraper to remove the pizza from the stone remaining in the grill. Works perfectly. Then simply remove the pizza stone from the grill after it has cooled down. I wish I had had a pizza peel years ago. Would make it a lot easier.
