The seals leaked and burned me
It was beautiful and I was so disappointed that it didn't work π₯Ί. Even when my husband and I screwed the lid tight, hot water accumulated in the area of the wood between the seals when turning it over. The discovery caused him to spit hot water at me. Tried to tighten/dry/re-tighten gaskets several times. It did not work. I was hoping to use this for tea at work, but the risk of hot water spills isn't great for work. When I poured the remaining "tea" into the cup, I was lucky enough to have 2 ounces left. Look elsewhere for easy tea making.
