They do a good job for supporting high arches and over supination. They were not able to help with my painful callus that has developed due to 18 years post injury and excessive over supination. I went ahead and paid the $550 for custom orthotics and they have been tremendously helpful at reducing painful steps on the callus. The expensive orthotics might even save me from spending thousands on surgery and 8 months of recovery. That is what will happen if the painful walking continues.
