This product tastes good, mixes well (just a little foam that settles after a minute or two), but I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the company (Ultimate Nutrition ) shadow business practices. When I asked their customer service representatives what type of beef the protein was derived from (i.e. was it bone and ligament protein, which is basically collagen which is good for skin and stomach health, or was it actually derived from muscle tissue from beef, also known as steak). After a few shady emails I realized that they would not answer my question and would not buy this product again.
