They should not stick together lmao

Works well, ignore the fools who don't understand magnets. They should not stick to each other, they are all equally loaded. They stick to other magnets with opposite charge i.e. to the magnetic phone stand, not to each other. Other than that, they work great and the variety is good bang for the buck
