Solved what I thought was the unsolvable noise problem!

It may not be an official voltage regulator, but it's the best thing that's happened to my little recorder in a long time. For many years I have dealt with what I thought were persistent noise problems. I figured my problems were caused by my computer and audio interface not liking each other, and I've resigned myself to just living with it (although it made me very unhappy and frustrated). I had some noise issues. A constant, almost inaudible, high-pitched noise that could be masked by the sound but was always there. Then there was this horrible electrical noise that came and went but was most noticeable when opening a DAW or other audio program and also when moving the mouse. I was convinced it would be my audio interface drivers and because I love my discontinued Line 6 UX8 so much I just "lived with it" as the drivers would never be updated again. On a whim I started googling audio noise and hum and came across a good article that recommended some products that might help. After reading a few reviews I decided to give this product a try and I couldn't believe my ears when I turned on my computer and audio equipment - IT WAS LIKE MAGIC! Not only did this solve all my problems, but now when I turn my mic preamps, guitar pedals, or amp on or off, I no longer hear popping noises from my speakers. I couldn't be happier! Until now I never took seriously the importance of using quality extension cords. I hope this review will be helpful to others.
