We bought this scanner with high expectations that came from a LOT of research into this type of scanner. But Neat outperformed the competition because it claimed to integrate best with QuickBooks Online. It "integrated", but it was more like using Dropbox and a plain old scanner than anything fancy the marketing is suggesting. Also, our scanner broke a few months later. And he could never connect to the internet. Not once. We contacted Neat. We don't need a car. It's useless. You won't help us. We bought it through Revain so they blame Revain. But it doesn't fit like #1. It's a Neat issue, #2 it wasn't a Revain product - it was a Neat product (sold by Neat through Revain). Then they said it had been too long. We only had 1 month to decide if it was worth it. Strange. I want my money back. It was a bad sale and nobody is happy with it and the decent customer service does nothing.
