not bad. That's what it's all about

So far not bad. The thing is, anything you push on a dog paw, which is more like a ledge that almost no fingers can grab, can slide down. I've used them a few times and had mixed chances. How it is. I think success has to do firstly with the right seat and secondly with the right force on the straps. Little, they slip off. Too much dog can't walk. The key is to find the middle ground and pay attention to it. My dog walked a few miles without slipping. Mine also came off after walking 30 feet on the sidewalk. Pay attention and your chances of them staying are much higher, but be aware that sometimes things just work themselves out. Also keep in mind that they reduce the dog's traction, they have a slippery floor. When Fido gets old, slippery pavement can dislocate a hip. just be careful By the way, my dog walks without a leash. I carry a flashlight with me and turn it on every once in a while and I can see the reflective strips clearly if I count to 4 then I'm fine. Do yourself a favor and do the same. Makes it easier to find where the dog lost one if you follow it with a flash of light from time to time.
