The product I received had no remote control and the product didn't work, it was old and scratched. He was in very bad shape, sorry. I could never open the door and I couldn't open it manually. The power button allowed the device to receive power, but there were no lights on them to indicate it had power. You only knew it was on because you heard a loud scratching noise. It also came from the delivery company in a large box and a small Walmart box with a device inside, poorly sealed and not well packaged, very sloppy and very unprofessional.
