Suitable for ice skates, skateboards and scooters as promised
button head screws (especially wide head screws) are hard to find in regular hardware stores. Tried home depot. Low, Ace and True value. Even in boxes with loose fasteners, you won't get the length and thread pitch you want. McMaster Carr you have to buy in bulk, that's about it for me. In terms of nut and bolt cost, but if you need a small amount and don't have access to a store, this works well.
