This product makes me angry. I wish I could get my money back for this and even then the thought of it would still make me angry. I only use straighteners to curl my hair. Curlers don't suit me, I have very thin hair that needs to be processed at high temperature to keep its shape. I've been using straighteners for this purpose for YEARS, and this damn straightener has pictures of people doing just that. This monster doesn't slip through your hair. The moment you twist it in any direction, it instantly gets stuck and twists the hair it's holding on to. Basically I spent fifty bucks on a broken hair clip. He even burned my hair beforehand. I've avoided writing this review for so long because I decided to "give myself time to cool off," but more than six months later, this is still a source of constant anger. I literally wish nothing but failure on the company that did this.
